How KEVE Air works

Air enters below and exits above.

The fan draws air through the lower intake, through the pre-filter, HEPA H11 filter and activated carbon, then releases filtered air through the top.

Set up your purifier.

One filter is already installed. Check the manual and remove any protective filter packaging before use.

1. Unpack and place upright with the air intake and outlet unobstructed.

2. Connect the USB-C cable to the included US wall adapter or another suitable 5 V / 2 A USB power supply.

3. Press the power button.

4. Select one of the three fan settings.

5. Refer to the manual before using the optional aroma compartment.

1. What room size is KEVE Air designed for?

The KQ-31 manual specifies small rooms of approximately 54–108 sq ft (5–10 m²). Keep the air intake and outlet clear. Coverage depends on room conditions and fan setting.

2. How loud is it?

KEVE runs at 28 dB on its lowest setting; the KQ-31 manual specifies up to 52 dB at most. There are three fan settings; noise varies with the selected setting.

3. What filter does it use?

The replaceable cartridge combines a pre-filter, a HEPA H11 filter and activated carbon. Follow the supplied manual for filter care.

4. Can I use it in a home with pets?

The pre-filter collects particles carried through the purifier. It does not replace vacuuming or cleaning the litter box.

5. When do I replace the filter, and what does it cost?

KEVE has a filter-change reminder. A filter lasts up to 60 days, depending on use. A replacement filter costs $28.90 – or $18.90 when you add it to your KEVE order.

6. How do I replace the filter?

Disconnect the power, twist off the base, remove the used filter, insert the replacement and close the base. Follow the supplied manual.

7. How do I clean the filter?

Follow the manual for dry cleaning of the pre-filter. Do not wash or rinse the filter cartridge.

8. What power supply does it need?

USB-C, 5 V / 2 A (5 W max). Use the included US wall adapter or another suitable 5 V / 2 A USB power supply.

9. Is a wall adapter included?

Yes. The US package includes a US wall adapter with 100–240 V input, a USB-C cable, the purifier, one installed filter and instructions.

10. How does the aroma compartment work?

The aroma pad is in the center of the top outlet. The purifier can run without adding any oil. Follow the manual and check whether scented products are suitable for your household.
