Return & Refund Policy – Airwell™

Returns (60-Night Trial)

Try your Airwell Sinus Light™ for up to 60 nights from the date of delivery.
If it isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund — no questions asked.

Returned items must:

  • be lightly used (no visible damage, residue, or wear),

  • include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging, and

  • include proof of purchase.

Returned products are sanitized and either donated or responsibly recycled.


How to Start a Return

Email support@airwell.technology with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return instructions.
Please do not ship any item without authorization.
Returns must be shipped within 60 days of RMA approval.


Damages, Issues & Theft Protection

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In-transit loss or damage (before delivery): fully covered by Airwell.

  • After delivery: covered under the warranty terms below.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

(Sale items follow the same 60-night policy unless otherwise stated.)


UK & EU Cooling-Off Rights

For orders delivered in the UK or EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be new or lightly used and complete.

We refund the product price and outbound shipping, and we also cover the return shipping for faulty or change-of-mind returns, in compliance with local consumer protection law.


1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Airwell Sinus Light™ is protected by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Depending on the issue, your product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded/store credited if repair or replacement isn’t possible.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,

  • misuse or neglect,

  • accidental damage,

  • or non-defective performance concerns after the 60-night trial period.

To start a claim, email support@airwell.technology with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
